Q1：What is your company main product?
A: Our main products: all kinds of aluminum windows, aluminum doors,aluminum garage doors,aluminum roller shutters,sunroom and relative aluminum products,like partition,railing, and etc.., including profile, hardware, accessories, glass and ready for installation.

Q2：How can I know your price?
A: Please send us your purchase order by Email or Online , or you can ask us to send you Proforma Invoice Before quotation,we need to know the following information for your order:
1) Product information: Quantity,Specification(design photo or drawing,size ,material, color,and packing requirement).
2) Delivery time is required.
3) Shipping information:Company name,Address,Phone number,Destination seaport/airport.

Q3：What is the standard size of your windows and doors?

A：Our product is CUSTOMIZED MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions and detail specific.

Q4：What is MOQ of your windows and doors ?
A：We didn’t have MOQ requirements,one set also can be acceptable in our company.  

Q5：How can I trust your company?
A: YIFA construction is a Gold supplier of building materials in China since 2003. We have passed StandardsMark™ certification.We can accept the trade assurance payment ,if you were worrying about your payment to us is not safety.

Q6：What is your delivery time?
A：the normally production time is about 25-35 days after deposit and drawing confirmed,the shipping time is about 30-35 days.

Q7：Are you a factory ?
A：Yes,Our company has three factories,which covered an area of 70000㎡and has 1000+employees.

Q8：What is your payment terms?
A：we accept the payment sent by West Union,Paypal,T/T or L/C ,50% deposit when confirm the order ,the balance will be paid before shipping.If the total amount is less then usd 5000,then need to pay 100% when confirm the order.

Q9：Will we need to install the glass (onsite glazed) or do your windows come with the glass installed?
A：We will install glass at our factory based on windows/doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and available for loading&unloading. We always packed the glass and frame separately for the big-sized window/door.

Q10：What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?
A：For hardware:5 years quality warranty is provided for the China hardware system. 5-10 years warranty for German hardware.
For frame:5 years for powder coating color, frame unfading nor peel-off;10-20 years for PVDF treatment

Q11：What kind of service will you provide?
A：We are able to provide the designing, engineering as well as  guiding installation for our windows and doors, sunrooms as well.

Q12：This is the first time for me to import goods from China ,I dont't know how to ship my goods to my home.
